All appointment lengths may be modified at the discretion of the practitioner during the session to accommodate individual client needs. Any modification is reserved to the discretion of the therapist, with the client's best interest in mind.

We place tremendous value on the time we have available to serve our client base. For this reason, 24 hours' notice is required prior to your appointment, if cancellation is necessary. Any missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full amount of your visit. Exceptions will be made at the discretion of the practitioner.

For booking therapeutic massage appointments, the client will be asked to provide credit card information to complete the reservation. This credit card will not be charged at the time of booking, but may be charged for the full amount of the session, should the client cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.

Payment is required at the time services are rendered.

We ask that you arrive a few minutes early for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment time will be shortened and you will be responsible for payment of the full visit.
